After Service Commitments
1. We will reply to our clients within 4 hours as soon as we receive the customer's requirements. If the problems need to be settled at the site, we will send our engineer to the site within 24 hours in China, and as soon as possible for overseas clients. We ensure that all the problems shall be settled and our engineer will not leave until the client is satisfied.
2. We put into practice that all of our transformer products shall be maintained lifelong. We will perform the regulations of contracts and be sure the service and maintenance are carried out freely in time if the transformer products are during “Quality-term”. If the products exceed “Quality– term”, we will charge accessories and service to our customers.
3. As a professional transformer manufacturer, we shall offer technology training according to the demand of our customers and ensure our clients fully understand the technique and operation. We will collect our product’s information in time.
4. Offer free operation training, installation, maintenance, technology guidance at the site.
