1. Shaanxi Hanzhong Transformer co., ltd (hereinafter“Supplier”) warrants to the original Purchaser that the transformers (hereinafter“Equipment”) manufactured by Supplier shall be free from defects in material and workmanship as well as brand new. The equipment is designed and engineered for its reliability and easy maintenance, all the material and drawings shall be sent for the purchaser's approval.
2. The service life shall be at least 30 years under normal use and service. This Limited Warranty is valid only when the transformer products are used for the intended purpose and is properly installed and wired in accordance with all instructions, building codes, the latest IEC Standard. If a product is failed to run due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the supplier's discretion during a reasonable duration.
3. WARRANTY PERIOD: The transformer products, when operated under conditions stipulated by the supplier in the operating manual for such product, are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 18 months after acceptance at the site or 24 months from the date transformer arrives, whichever occurs first.
4. The design, choosing material, engineering, manufacturing and testing to be supplied shall be in accordance with the conditions of the contract and quality control system.
5. All design and manufacturing we adopted shall be proved reasonable and reliable. The new technology will be taken only by getting the approval of the buyer.
6. We, the transformer supplier, shall offer 24 hours at the site after receiving the permission of the buyer.
7. All accessories mounted on the transformer products as per contract terms and technical agreement shall be responsible by the supplier.
