The ZBG series America Housing Type Transformer are researched and developed by our company. Differencing from the traditional housing type transformer station, the high voltage load switch, fuse and other protection elements are installed in the pad mounted transformer and using compact transformer substation oil as the insulation and cooling medium, all those are compact in its structure.

The features of pad mounted transformer are compact structure, safe and reliable operation, safe convenient maintenance, attractive appearance, high mobility and small size. It can be used as loop network power distribution system or double-power radiating terminal in the power distribution system.

The high-voltage side employs dual-fuse protection: a dual-sensitive plug-in fuse (providing both thermal and overcurrent protection) and a current-limiting backup fuse, thereby reducing operating costs. High-voltage cable connections use a fully insulated, safe, and easy-to-operate connector design.
    • 3 - Superior Manufacturing: Specialized vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling processes are employed. The company applies manufacturing standards typically reserved for 110kV products to its 10kV units, ensuring high quality for the box-type substations.
    • 4 - Excellent Performance: The transformer features a three-phase, five-limb core structure utilizing either a step-lap joint or wound-core process. It offers low noise and low loss, along with robust resistance to short circuits and overloads.

It utilizes a stepped-lap amorphous alloy core to minimize no-load losses, thereby lowering operating costs. The unit is equipped with Bay-O-Net dual-sensing fuses and a pressure relief valve; the fuses effectively protect the transformer from burnout caused by abnormal loads (such as overcurrent or overheating), while the pressure relief valve prevents tank deformation resulting from rising internal pressure. The enclosure features a three-layer anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating, and an internal dehumidification device ensures reliable operation in coastal and high-humidity environments. Designed for convenience, the unit allows for single-sided front access, eliminating the need for clearance space around the sides and simplifying daily inspections and maintenance.
