Technical advantages
The equipment adopts an integrated complete-set design, integrating high-voltage disconnectors, discharge gaps, zinc oxide arresters, current transformers and steel mounting brackets into a standardized unit. Complete calibration is carried out before delivery, and only foundation fixing and wiring connections are required on site, enabling ultra-fast installation and commissioning. The arrester instantly releases lightning energy, while the discharge gap reliably isolates power-frequency fault current. The dual barriers provide comprehensive protection for the insulation safety of the transformer neutral point and prevent winding insulation damage failures. The operable disconnector supports flexible switching of operation modes, allowing free conversion between two working conditions as required: "direct neutral earthing" and "unearthed operation via gap connection." All metal components are hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment, and high-voltage insulating parts feature contamination and weather resistance. The equipment can operate stably for a long time both indoors and outdoors, greatly reducing maintenance frequency.
